• Google Analytics / Tag Manager — only if you accept analytics cookies, to measure page visits, navigation, and form completion (no advertising)

These providers only process data on our instructions. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for legitimate business and legal purposes (for example, if you become a customer or there is a dispute). You can ask us to delete your data sooner where we have no overriding reason to keep it.
